Author Visit - Eric Walters - Nov. 9

altAward-winning Canadian author Eric Walters will be presenting a one-hour writing workshop to students from Grades 5 to 8 at YRPS on Friday, November 9, in the afternoon.

Mr. Walters has penned such classics as Stranded, We All Fall Down, Tiger by the Tail, and Trapped in Ice.

We are asking each student to bring a toonie to help us cover the presentation fee.

It will be an inspiring hour of literacy, and we're excited to bring such a prominent writer to our school.
